It is beyond my imagination that I would write about the loss of Precious.
She hadn't quite gotten to 15 years old yet, not until late Nov.
We were going to celebrate our birthdays together again as we have for 13 years.
This horrible thing growing in her so fast has ended her life. Cancer? Doesn't matter
what it is called. It has consumed her like a parasite.
I realized in late Sept. that Precious was not as eager for her dry food and ate just a
little bit less. Since she was scheduled for her check up Oct 29, I thought she might
lose a bit of weight that she gained since her iodine 10 months ago. But by the
weekend of Oct. 10, she refused all food. We were able to get her into the vet's office
Monday Oct. 12 for blood work and an Xray. The Xray said it all.
We have enjoyed all of you visiting us for 7 years. Just as we hit this Blogoversary,
she was quickly leaving me behind.
We made the last trip to the vet and she fell asleep in my arms. No more 3 hour
leg time for us.
Precious did not want to blog about her health and I agreed. She wanted people to
remember her in her grey onesie and sweet as ever.

Oh! Dear! Oh! Dear!...When l received your
e~mail on Wednesday Lynn...I shed a tear,
no..no..l shed several tears...i had to go to
the kitchen and tear off several sheets of
kitchen towel..! :(.
Precious was a very lovely, beautiful pussy~cat,
all the photos we've seen of her says so..!
If she had been a human, she would have been
just as beautiful...!x
And..Yes! The Memorial Badge at the bottom there,

Lynn, our hearts are broken with and for you. Take the time and space you need to grieve, be kind to your Self, and know that the thoughts and love of many are surrounding you and your husband. 🙏❤️
