Me and my Gal Pal

"Lynn, which one of us has a gal pal? You or me or both of us."

Precious, we must be each other's gal pal.

"This is a member of the armoire clowder. And
fur me."

"It's a good thing it does not hiss or meow or scratch.
Else I'd have to show it a thing er two myself."

I bought this when you came here nearly 14 years ago, Precious.
I wanted to add a cat to my other three stuffed animals to
represent my furry girls.  It is a bit lighter than you
but still in a grey onesie.

"Well, I'm glad you got me a special look-alike kitty."

The large grey one represents my long lost tripod Peepers.
The black and white is sweet Suzy Q.
The calico is the closest I could come to Seney
who was a tri color Maine Coon.

"I wasn't a feral kitty, but I was left at the orphanage.
I'm a lucky cat that Lynn found me there.
And guess what!  My 2 hoomans volunteered
to git shots.  Lynn will now complain about
a sore arm fur something called flu and covid.
If she only knew how bad I feel when I git my
rabies shot,  I got no sympathy fur them."

Thanks for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

Why didn't you take me too?

"Lynn,  ya got lots of weird sights to see biking. Nothin' near as purrty as me, of course.  And how come I have to stay home?"

These tiny dots are dozens of migrating Swallows.  Looked
like Tree Swallows from down below.

Sun and bad photo makes turkey look golden.  He's black.

"Lynn coasted behind this wild turkey down the bike path fur quite a
ways.  She was plannin' on bringin' it home fur Thanksgiving
Day.  But eventually she says the silly thing dropped off
into the woods."

Llama after a shave but needs a hair cut.

Iron Weed

Ageratum and Goldenrod

Blackheaded Vultures  (huge)

This is the sun at 9:30 AM one day on the bike path.
We have had so much rain and then days of fog, that
blue sky was not to be seen. This week has been the
sunniest in 2 months.

"Kin ya tell these mommas are still ready to feed their big
babies?  They got lots of milk left over.  I've never
drank milk here, so I wonder if I'm missin' out on
somethin' good?"

"Lynn,  I'm sittin' here at the counter waiting to
try somethin' good to eat or drink.  What's holdin'
you up!"

Precious, no milk in this house so I guess
you'll just have to be disappointed.

It began with 3

"Lynn had so many caterpillars last year we gotta 4th box. And it's a good thing she did. The nursery was in smaller plastic boxes."

"I warned her not to start this.  But after the furst 3 early on
there ended up being eggs after eggs laid out furont."

"She went out evfurry day and brought in teensy tiny 'pillars
and had to feed them all."

"They were purrty obligin' and grew up to be Monarch
Butterflies eventually.  We had 102.  So glad that
Mackerull over at Trout Towne was wrong about
us gittin' 732 this year.  Lynn woulda gone over
the edge."

"I'm just glad they flew away afore winter and filled up my house."

"Lynn says we even had a few 'pillars escape her attention
and we found a few butterflies hatchin' in Seney's
pink garden sedums! And we only fed 9 'pillars
that ended up not hatchin' acause of the parasites
got 'em."
