"Now hoomans, don't git the idea that I am willing to wear clothes 'cause I'm not. But Lynn received this bandana and thought it was more appropriate fur me than her."
"I can purr to you that it did not stay on long."
"I am a pawsitive thinkin' kitty. But you can see this is slip sliding
away. I really just wanted the drawer open and better yet
if Lynn would have removed it fur me so I could crawl
in the dresser."
"Lynn took me to Dr. Feelbad's office and he sucked out my
bloods. Lynn says I'm lucky he used a needle, acause when
she was young with the dinosaurs, they used leeches!"
It was only 7 degrees (-14 C) and the roads were not that
clean from the storm. We had 20 inches or more.
But we safely got her out and back home.
for the injections of I-131. Both sites created bad scabs
and peeled a few times. These are radiation burns. I can
imagine what happened inside. She now has just a bald area that
we hope will grow back fur. The area was obviously very
sore and she wants no part of getting petted or brushed
there. She tries to lick, but her head won't swivel that far.
We didn't get the test results yet.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

HeHe! precious, tell Mum, a bandana goes
around the head, not the bottom/bum.....
Still...It stayed on long enough for a photo..! :).
And lets hope your results aren't positive.....
Hope they come out 'ALL' o.k.
I've had a terrible week, my little town has been
flooded, the market square, and the two streets
either side, West St. and East St. flooded,...all
taped and closed down...all schools closed....
I managed to cross the traffic lights, at the bottom
of my road, walk up the left hand side, to the surgery,
which is where l wanted to go, then down to Costa
for coffee, then the long way round home again.....!
Never seen so much water since l was a boy, as this
used to happen, every year..till they got round to fixing
it...coming up 8.30...and the sun has just popped out...! :).

Precious, I can imagine you telling Lynn exactly what she could do with that bandana!
I have my fingers crossed for your results. Those burn areas definitely speak volumes! ❤️❤️❤️
You were very good to keep the bandana on for that long, Precious! I am glad they don't use leeches now, or they probably would use them on me. My veins no longer give up enough blood for the blood tests, so I have a port implanted in my chest just below my shoulder.
I am glad the radiation burns have healed now, and hope your fur grows back quickly.
Thank you to you and Lynn for the pretty card. It was a lovely surprise when it arrived earlier this week.
