"Lynn, you got the sayin' wrong. It's did the chicken or the egg come furst."
Precious, it has been a couple years since I rode my bike
(on a path not close to home) and saw these critters.
I was glad to see the same 2 donkeys.
No telling about the chickens, the ones I saw years ago
may have ended up in the cooking pot.
"If this was one of them burds, it is purrty tasty and tender."
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

The egg came first, because the first true chicken hatched from an egg laid by a near-chicken ancestor that had a genetic mutation. Eggs in general are much older than chickens......
So there you have it....And...That's no 'yoke'...! :).
It's strange about chicken, apparently they make very
good pets...become quite tame, and follow humans
around....though, they tend to keep out of kitchens...! :).
All, keep away from jars of 'stuffing'...! :). HeHe!
Ah! St Francis day....That's interesting, as St Francis is
patron saint of many things...and...World Animal Day....
As far as l'm concerned, every day is animal day...!
Enjoy yer chicken Precious...eat it slowly and saver
the taste...HeHe! Don't get into a 'flap' about it...Bless!x

Have you seen the movie "Chicken Run"? If not, it's worth it!
Precious, I think Lynn is lucky to be able to see so many critters on her bike rides, and donkeys are adorable. Of course not as adorable as a ladycat with a grey onesie. π❤️
Have a lovely day and weekend!
Sweet donkeys with their rusty voices and enchanting ears and noses.
That's a pretty roundabout non-answer to a perfectly valid question, Precious! Humans can be annoying at times!
Purrs,
The Chans
Precious that is a gorgeous photo of you OMCs...and all the critters were fun.
Happy Feline Friday to you and Lynn
Cecilia
Sweet Precious, you are so cute and I sure enjoyed seeing those critters!
Precious: "I don't care, as long as the meat hits my plate, meowmy!"
Chaplin: "Wait, did you say eggs? Are we having omelets?"

My brother used to have chickens. It was fun going into the chicken coop and getting the eggs. No telling which came first.
Your face is so sweet there Precious - I would not be able to deny you any extra treaty things with a face so sweet!
Those speckledy hens look very healthy & happy. My dear friend had a donkey named Thomas - he was a nasty old thing, always kicking & spitting when he got the chance & he kind of put me off donkeys. My friend found a new home for Thomas & even on the day he was being loaded onto the trailer to go, he kicked backwards & very nearly broke my friends knee cap. One last hurrah!!
Wishing you both a wonderful weekend, we are in the middle of a thunderstorm here at present so best I get off the computer & go check on the 3 furry ones who are all inside, quite frightened. x0x0
I've always loved donkeys!
Glad the donkeys are still there. You are too funny Precious. XO
The chicken and the rooster have to come first or how do you get the egg?! The donkeys are so cute.
At least the rooster is probably the same one, I would venture...
Oh Precious, your photo is gorgeous❣️ So cool to have donkeys nearby. Our neighbors have a couple & we love to hear them “hee hawing”!
Kit, Kat, Rocky & Cali Rocky is sending lots of boops❣️π»❤️
It's nice to see the "country critters."
And thank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
