Sunpuddle City

"Lynn,  I can't believe the sun came out fur me fur Valentines

week.  Trip the light fantastic."

Precious and I have been waiting for sunshine for

months.  We had a bit last week after days of rain.

And now this week 3 days in a row.

The front door faces due west and the sun is now moving

further north every day.  We have the door open as the wind

is out of the south and not blowing in.  The temps rose to

low 40's and mid 50's.  Barely mid February, and this is

                              the new climate change.

"I will be getting a suntan on my grey onesie!"

The book above is number 6.  I read the other

                                         5 already.

The above DVD is a BBC TV series made in 1974.

Just a sample of a few books and DVDs I've had
to keep winter at bay.  We are back to teens at night
for a few nights and then warming up again. Crazy.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.

                               It is much appreciated.

  2. The sunshine looks glorious on your furs, Precious. ♥

We had a few days of sun--and unseasonal WARMTH--but we have freezing rain and ice pellets this morning. Winter hasn't let go yet.

The cosy mystery looks interesting, I will have to check out Allison Brook, as I'm on the hunt for good cosy mystery authors.

  3. I think winter is leaving us here in FloryDa. We are now rolling through the 80s pretty regularly. Lots of sunshine in my window. Momma put the hammock out so I can sunbathe all day. Wish yoo lived next door. We could wurk on our tanlines together. Love, Dori

  4. Precious! You look amazing! And that sun puddle is fabulishious! It looks like there is room for 2 cats. Jo Jo says she wants to sneak through the CTT (Cat Transportation Tunnel) to visit you. Our sun puddles have been few and far between. We have more snow falling right now, but it is the warmest (right at freezing) that it has been all week. We are supposed to go into the deep freeze AGAIN next week! Stay warm and enjoy the videos and books! Keep being awesome! Purrs Marvelous Marv and Jo Jo and Mom Barb

  11. Ah, it looks so bright there! Yes, the sun is moving around to shine in to my apartment, too. The cats will find it soon. The books look fun, and the tv series is from the last years of the BBC's golden age, as I like to call it. Nice.

  12. We are glad Mr. Sunshine has put in an appearance in your neck of the woods, Precious. Here, too, after a couple of weeks of mostly really heavy rain, he is shining brightly in a clear blue sky and the tempurratures are up to 17 degrees Celsius. Let's hope that trend continues - for You and for Us.

  15. I love the sunshine too, and so do my kitties. Nothing like warm sunshine in the middle of the winter! We have had strange weather here too, not much snow in January or February, but we did finally get some snow, and now its gotten very very cold. But! Soon it will be spring! Days are getting longer :) Your lineup of books looks wonderful! Blessings to you :)
