"Lynn, I want to help you out side here."
"You spend a lot of time on the patio watering
all those pots of green things."
Precious hated being in the puppy cage even though
she has expressed interest in stepping out a bit.
This is absolutely the first time in her 9 plus years
with me that I have let her. First, when she was younger,
I was afraid if she bolted that would be that and I'd
never see her again.
Then there are the ticks and fleas and parasites that
I do not want her to have to go through.
She went no further than you see in the photos and
was on her way in before I even got the watering can
filled. Which I am glad she is just happy inside
where she really belongs.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

Precious, sometimes window whiffies are quite enough! You get the best of both worlds with an open window, and you stay safe too. :-)
Our indoor outdoor kitties are being more open to coming in, which makes us happy too.
Yes, inside is always the safest option but a whiff of fresh air is fun!
Very, very smart kitty!
Precious, you are such a smart kitty. You're pretty too! Smokey goes outside but he has always been an outside cat...he was thrown away by some mean person and wandered around alone before we found him. I worry when he is out but like you he stays pretty close by. I think he appreciates having a good home now. You stay close to Lynn and safe.
Yes, the indoors is always best for a cat; Precious knows that. Most of mine do, too, though Hector probably would explore - and get lost.
Precious, We understand. It's not the BEING outside that's impawtant. It's knowing you have the FREEDOM to go out if you want to.
Beautiful blog

Precious, my mom has literal nightmares that I got out. She did with Admiral too.
