of the upcoming blizzard. We've already been warned

I thought it was a true life story until you said it was make believe. I am glad it is make believe, because no matter how quiet cats are, it would be very unsettling to move home every three days.
I hope the storm is not too bad and you are able to get to the vet for the blood test.
Don't think l could have a cat, and then
give it back after three days...don't really
know what their trying to prove...?
And, we still seem to be suffering from,
rain, rain, rain and more rain...though the
suns out at the moment, rain forecast
later, this afternoon..! :(

The book looks good! Yes, good thing it's fiction; three days here and there with different people wouldn't work in real life!
We're in for yet more snow on Sunday, with bitterly cold temps tonight and tomorrow. Saturday errands will be such fun. (Taxi!!)

I can't imagine cats being rented out at all. It's an intriguing idea but totally unworkable. Never fear, Precious, you're safe where you are.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR the weekend weather is brutal your temps just plain scary. Starting tomorrow afternoon we have snow then it will switch over to freezing rain. That is the worst for causing power outages when it accumulates on the power lines or trees. 83 of our 100 counties will be affected by this mess.

Oh goodness me - I think I may have to look to see if my local Library has that book Lynn. It looks a great read. I wonder what happens if you decide you don't want to return them after 3 days - it doesn't seem long enough to get to know them & their temperaments. Of course, it IS made up but I am getting carried away here. If I manage to get it I shall hide it from my 3 in case they think I may be lending them out - heaven forbid!!!
I shall think of you on the 27th when you have the bloods done dear Precious - & I hope the storm passes over .. we have had storms & an area on the Coast got a months worth of rain in one day & a huge slip - still people missing, peak tourist time so lots out & about. You know there's no way I would be able to bring an animal home and just keep them for 3 days. I'd need to buy a bigger place to keep all of them. I hope the tests go well.
