Never know who's gonna come along

"I'm glad Lynn put the bike away.  She just walks here now, so she's not gone as long."

"So I lay here on some nippy and under the orange tree
(not the kind you eat) and wait fur her to come home.
My catio is put away and I have no real interest outside.
I watch the leaves blow by,  but the moths and crickets are
all bedded down fur the winter."

I haven't been around the neighborhood for a long while.
But biking ended early October.  Now I have a few
different ways of walking at home.  They all take me down a
steep hill just to have to come up the same one.
I was glad to see this kitty at the same house as I have for
a few years.  He was meowing quite a bit.

"Lynn,  I think it was acause Santa's Reindeer was behind you.
He must be scoping out the right trails to follow to our house.
You know,  to bring me gifts."

That might be right Precious.  And yes,  the kitty was looking
behind me while meowing.  I was not expecting to be
followed by this buck.

A neighbor's dogwood tree. Love the color contrast with the bird bath.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

Precious, yes, it's that time to pack away the outdoor stuff and cosy up for the cold months ahead!

Lynn was so lucky to see that buck! What a gift!

I hope things went well yesterday. πŸ’•

Precious...Just as well your Mom put the bike away till early Spring. She's very fit in any case and can rely on walking. That's what my Mom does. Mom has always carried at least the phone to take pictures as she goes. You never know, as with that Buck, when something really cool comes into view!

That reindeer was scoping out the way to your house for sure, Precious. I know he reported it directly to Santa as well. :)

Lynn was very lucky that the kitty was warning her she was being stalked by the vishus deer!
Yes, time to stay in and keep warm now, Precious.

He's a handsome buck and very confident. The dogwood is a beautiful colour. Precious, you're in the right place, in the warm under the pretty tree.

Your orange tree is cute and looks like our small Christmas trees, Precious! The Dogwood tree decked out in red is so pretty and the buck is so handsome. We see lots of deer around here but very few with the antler rack.

Santa's reindeer better get back to him, it's almost time to fly.
I loved the pictures.

How come the bike is putting away so early? Either riding or walking, it's probably nice to come home to a warm house afterward.

Oh I shall definately have to show The Mr that deer photo Lynn - it always amazes me how they come out over there ... as they are well hidden in forests here. And you have to actually go & hunt for them.
You look quite happy there on your bag Precious (or is it a mat) & I see Mum has the tree up for you. I hope Santa leaves you some treats this year as my three furry ones have been told they get treats every day of the year so what's different!!
I am glad you are getting in some walks Lynn - I am guessing the bike is put away because of all the snow. The dogwood is such a stunning colour - how beautiful.
Have a lovely weekend - I have Sid for the weekend & he has a special Pokemon movie lined up for us to watch - won't that be fun!! x0x0x0

How purrty those dogwood trees are!

What fascinating walks you have, to see deer! I might catch a glimpse of a possum running off, if I leave very early in the morning for work.

Gosh was that deer need your home?

Yep, it's the time of year to start closing up the shop as far as the warm weather activities, Precious. Pretty cool pictures, and I won't bother sharing dad's stupidly stupid joke he uttered just now about "The buck stops here" or some crap...
