Trolling

"I wanna make sure you all realize Lynn was not trolling fur fish. She found a troll doll museum next door to the cat museum!"

"She was so blown away by the sheer number of these
slightly ugly dolls, she furgot to take many photos. So she
took pictures of the brochure and hope you git the idea."

Of all the things to go into the Guinness World Record book!

Outside mural.

Just one display out of 14 rooms!  Unbelievable that one place
had so very many of these trolls.

Most rooms were set up with themes.  One was a football stadium
with troll players and cheer leaders.

"Lynn says her only tiny troll doll was one out of
a bubble gum type machine back when she was young
in the '60's.  That was when these things were living with
dinosaurs."

"Good thing it was the same day as the cat museum.
I would not have liked 2 days of late dinner."

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

Precious, that first photo of you is fabulous! How truly gorgeous you are. 😻

As for the troll museum, wow. That's quite an incredible collection. I think I'll stick with collecting owl stuffies, though. πŸ˜†

Phew! When I saw the title of your post in my reader I thought someone had been trolling your blog. That is a lot of trolls. The only one I have is a wine bottle stopper I bought in Norway. Of course with the majority of wine bottles being screw cap it doesn't get used often now.

I've never seen the attraction of trolls but we're all different. You have to be a real enthusiast to collect so many!

How absolutely gorgeous you look dear Precious, in that first photo (I mean you DO look gorgeous all the time but Mum has just captured your sweet face so well).
Secondly I remember the trolls - I had one once with green hair that I brushed constantly til quite a bit of it fell out!!! I think I would have had to go into that museum too & have a looksy. I think they always had sweet happy faces.
Lastly thank you for making me laugh with your comment about the dinosaurs .. I think that even though Mum & I are "oldish" dear Precious - we might have missed the dinosaur period by just a smidgeon. πŸ˜‰
Have a great weekend both of you - we are getting ready for Round 1 Christmas lunch today - stepchildren & stepgrandchildren ... best I get off here & prepare some food!!! xXx

I had a troll when I was a kid and my mom threw it away because she thought they were bad luck. I have a lot of gnomes though. :) XO

Lulu: "So that's where the trolls come from! We thought they either all lived under bridges or in their parents' basements!"

I love that comment from Oceanside. I would have said the same but they beat me to it. Seriously, I would have.

A strange thing to collect... I think I'd prefer the cat museum. But that's just me.

Mummy remembers collecting trolls when she was at primary school. These are much cuter than in the Nordic legends.

Precious this was a fun stroll with the trolls.
We had a wonderful 4 day visit with Marlu and Greg and grandkitties. I have tons of photos. OMCs Marlu and Greg surprised us with a most unique gift. They arranged for a behind the scenes tour of the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium...gotta get the photos sorted.
