Angel Seney got a new lily addition this year.  1/2 the buds were eaten off by slugs.

"When they hatch and kin fly I am not allowed to chase them.

I luv to chase flyin' bugs."

3 weeks old

4 weeks and starting chrysalis 

"SHE thinks I'm gonna babysit acause they're some kinda

Cat Monarch!  They are not gonna rule me."

"Fur now,  I'll just nap.  These things are b-o-r-i-n-g."

Fun critters on the path

 "Lynn, you sure git some funny lookin' critters out there with you."

Catalpa Blossoms after they fell.

                                            These trees are native and grow very big.  The leaves

                                    are heart shaped and as large as a sheet of paper.  When

                                they make seed,  they are long green pods like greenbeans.

                             "Kitties, woofies,  can you see those claws!  How come she does 

                              not git her claws clipped?"

"Not our vizush deer.  Mom and her two fawns were

on the trail with Lynn." 

Right Precious,  I see more every day.

                                     "Lynn has yet to splain to me why a snake would shed

                                 it's skin.  You don't see me shedding my grey onesie.  Do

                                 snakes go shoppin' fur new clothes?"

                                             How do you know that they will evfur hop away?"

 "Lynn,  when are you going to start the movie?  I am ready

fur viewing."

dvd movie and I really would like to see it all.

Grey Onesie / Maltese Day

 " I wear a grey onesie evfurry day of my life.  I have been a tad bit jealous that other kitty colors have special days. It has been on my mind enough that I've been in a bit of a grey mood."

Ginger kitties and Tabby kitties.  You git my

drift, right."

"I came home to Lynn from the orphanage with only the

one grey onesie.  So I had no way to change my furs."

"Yay!  That's me sittin' on top of the world with my

green eyes and grey onesie!  My BFF Jo Jo and her

mom Barb made this fur us kitties with grey color furs.

That's Jo Jo sittin' front and center to help us celebrate."

help make the bed.  Me, I just sleep in my bed tent.

She loves her newest fur mate,  Nutmeg the pup."

Gray Catbird

"One of Lynn's furavorite summer burds.  A Gray Catbird.

She says it reminds her of ME!

They are maltese too!  And they eat meal worms by the

thousands and meow all summer long.  But I really don't

quite know what they are saying.  Think it's in French or

something."

One hop, two hop bunnies

 "I was out one morn on my catio, whilst  a bit dusky.  And cold and windy."

"I had already come in fur a warm up.  And a bit more breakfast.

Lynn doles it out one crunchie ata time.  Sometimes my

tummy is so empty."

"I had had 2 brushies already too."

"When Lynn called out da magic words  "Bunnies"

and I went running fur da door."

"Not one bun,  but two buns!  They musta heard

Lynn and maybe smelt me, 'cause they froze fur

a while.  Finally I got bored,  the air was cold

and da bunnies hopped outa sight."

(this was in early June when it was cold)

"I had to have nourishment by then."

"I work with Lynn at home.  We don't go out to work."

Practicing safe self distancing still

 "I did not have on a mask when I was outside on my catio.  But when Tuxie stopped by fur a word with me,  we kept our healthy distance.  Don't want to spread germs."

However, it can git down to a nubbin."

"Then the one in the fence to save it's life,  gits all broke and

chewed on and even SPRAYED!  And not with pesticide, let

I approved his visits."
