my "treat". Of course some kitties are not allowed on the
eating area, but Lynn says she's nevfur had a reason fur
us kitties to stay off the counter."
"I'm not havin' great catio times. It is always wet
and windy and cold fur too many weeks. But I do
go out while it is still a bit dark. Seems daylight
is comin' sooner, just not sunlight."

l should'nt think it was very comfy...better than
sitting on a cold work top l suppose..! :).
Were well into summer over here, there even
talking about droughts, so early in the summer,
and hose pipe bans...and this weekend is a Bank
holiday weekend, just an extra day off on Monday...!
Everyone jumps into their cars, and go off somewhere,
the beach etc...and block 'ALL' the roads up...

It's COLD and rainy here too. I see we are to get sunshine and warm temps just as I go back to work on Monday. 🙄🙃
Precious, My mom doesn't have a conniption fit when I leap up to the desk and walk over the counter. She is delighted I can still do that! There are such things as rags to clean if needed. It got to 49 last night. Mom and I had to pull a very light throw over us in the night that we keep on one side of the bed. Soon it will be oven-hot day and night though.

Oh look at you sitting there on your little tea towel dear sweet Precious. I can tell you are waiting for your licky treat. That is a very good idea that Mum hides your pill in that as goodness knows what a performance it would be to get you to take it!!! I remember trying to give a pill to Pippi - crushed up in her food.
The little Madam knew it was in there & ate all around & left the pill bit!!! 😉
We don't have pussy cats on the counter top here (for some reason they do not get up - we have very little room with all my clutter) but they do get on the table & I can see some folk do not like this !!!

Mummy doesn't mind Us getting up on the kitchen counter, as long as She isn't prepurring food at the time.
Precious! How good to see you! We are only allowed on the peninsula of our Kitchen counter. But we don't have a special (or beautiful) towel! We eat on the dining room table, because Nutmeg would eat it if it were on the floor. Mom has a plastic table cloth and our own special (plastic) Place mat. Mom takes them off and puts them on the peninsula when her and Alex want to eat at the table. We do hope your weather is better. We had one nice day yesterday, but today we are back into the rain. We don't mind though, the more rain we have the better for when fire season comes. Good to see you grrl furrend! Your Bestie, Jo Jo
Us kitties sometimes tried to counter surf, but since the kitchen here is tiny, well, we were not allowed...Us pups for sure are not allowed...but when he thinks they're not looking, Benji will try to see if there might be anything yummy on the counter or the table.
That is a sweet tea towel...we have a few of that 100% cotton too...they are hand downs from our 'oma' and granny'.
