Time 'er achangin'

"I am sorry to purr that my time on the catio is coming to an end. The horrible trip to Dr. Feelbad left me is such bad shape that I have little interest in goin' out.  Lynn spent 3 days UTB with me, on her belly, to hold my noggin in one hand and brush me non-stop with the other.  The man who rubs my belly ran to the store at 5:30 AM the second morn to git me lots of lickable treats.  Nevfur evfur had 'em afore.  Lynn tried enticing me to eat one drop of lickable at a time on her fingers.  3 days later I finally felt like a short and quick trip to the rest of the house.  Now I'm eating my favorite crunchies but spending most of the day and night UTB.

"From  now on I will be gittin' my fresh air out the window
while Lynn is feeding the winter birdies and filling the
water baths fur them."

"I miss my moths and having Chippie dare to
dart across the catio in furont of me. Now he
sits outside eatin' acorns and sticking his tongue out at me."

"He just doesn't understand I am inside plotting my
strategy fur next Spring.  I just know he'll be thinking he's
safe then."

"He'll be as safe as this 18 month old doe.
She doesn't know it yet, but a boy will be looking fur
her soon and furry soon.  Then she'll have babies
fur the furst time next Spring.
Lynn has had to give up the bike fur walking the
hills at home.  She's gone less time and gits lotsa
company furom the deers and skwierlls."

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

I am sorry you had such a bad visit to Dr, Feelbad and hope you are soon back to normal and stop spending so much time UTB.
Thank you for the card which arrived from Cecilia yesterday. I had already scheduled today's post so will add it to next week. The soup and quackers made me laugh.

Poor Precious! UTB is a safe place to be. Dr Feelbad can't reach you there. I hope you start feeling happier soon.

Precious, I'm sorry it was such a rough visit to the v-e-t. You're a sensitive soul, like my angel Derry. ❤️ But it's over and done with now and slowly you're returning to normal, which is good. Planning your squirrel strategy is a great way to occupy yourself!

I hope you have a lovely day and week ahead, all of you. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Listen, kitten,
Get this clear,
This is my chair.
I sit here.

Okay, kitty,
We can share;
When I'm not home,
It's your chair.

Listen cat
How about
If I use it
When you're out?

Sweet Precious...thank goodness that nightmare to the Vet will soon be very far back in your kitty mind. You are so lucky to have a Dad who makes early morning trips for food and an itty bitty
Mom who can crawl under the bed to keep you company.
Window whiffs will be nice. Chippies are such teases and quick as greased lightning.
Healing hugs to you sweetie
Cecilia

Sweet Precious, I hope all returns to normal for you soon. When our Maxwell goes to the Vet it takes him three weeks before he returns to his normal activities. Hugs.

I know several cats whose trip to the hospital made them feel terrible once they returned home, and took a long time to recover. I can sympathise, Precious.

We are sorry you are feeling so sad and out of sorts, Precious. Lickable treats are definitely a good thing (although #1 puts mine in a little dish). I hope you will feel chirpier soon, even if there are fewer chirps to listen to. This from one older lady to another.

Purrs,
Tama-Chan

Oh Precious, that one of you looking out the window is just, well, precious. Looking out the sliders like that reminds me of me most days.

Oh goodness me dear Precious ... isn't that a good Mum to spend all that time under the bed brushing you & coaxing you & no doubt talking to you in a soft voice. You are very loved dear Precious. ๐Ÿ’— No more trips to the vet for you me thinks! And how dare that Chippie dart across in front of you while you sit at the window - tell him his days are numbered. Its good that you have a nice safe warm place to spend your time dear Precious ... I think of all those wild cats living rough in the winter time. It is getting warmer here & I ventured into a dress today for the first time. The furry ones told me I am so pale they very nearly needed sun glasses to stop the glare from my legs (!!!) ๐Ÿ˜ฃ
Happy Sunday to you & your kind Mum Precious x0x0x

What terrific shots of you Precious! We LOVE seeing you seeing your world (and NOT UTB!). We are glad that you are getting over your visit with Dr Feelbad! And we hope you are fully recovered soon! We too are missing our outside time. Mom was so glad that the kid down the street was taking Nutmeg for her Morning and evening walks and cleaning our litter boxes while our human bro was working out of the country. We don't think that Huddie did as good a job as Mom or Alex but he did empty out the lumps every day. And we were leaving them everyday! It has been cold and rainy! We are NOT looking forward to the snow. Keep being awesome Precious! We are hoping that you sit on your Peep for the brushies soon!
