"Lynn, hurry up with the yummy stinky yogurt."
This has been going on since sometime
this past year. Months and months.
I do not eat the stuff, and now the man who
rubs her belly in the morns, no longer has
a want or a need.
So I have created a morning monster. This girl
only eats one scant measuring teaspoon of the
stinking stuff. However, she demands it as soon
as she has had 1/2 of her crunchies and her must
have belly rub.
"I think this says it all, Lynn."
"That's not me, Lynn. I wished and I ate.
The way of a good kitty."
Yep, Precious you are a true "clean plater"
as my mother always reminded me to be.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.
I love yogurt...Yum! :).
ReplyDeleteAlways buy plain yogurt...then l can flavour it
with all sorts of fruit if l want to...Did the same
with my daughter..growing up..then she could
have say..jam, honey, fruit etc...
And besides if you buy flavoured yogurt it's
usually twice the price of plain...
Fudge, one of my pussy~cat visitors loves it..
He does'nt get it at home, but then there's a
few things he does'nt get at home but does
round here..HeHe! Bless him...!x

I am glad to read about Fudge. I always looked for your remarks on him on Henny or Julie's blogs
DeleteI love firm yogurt, but haven't had any in two years with the change in diet. I guess you'll have to buy those individual containers for Precious, as it's clear she MUST have her taste--and rightly so, as she is Queen of the House, of course!
ReplyDeleteI hope you all have a lovely weekend--maybe with some (or a lot of) biking?
Hah! Sounds like cats we have known and loved! Cheers!
ReplyDeleteWe all love yogurt!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
1 flat measured TEASPOON!?!? Girl! EWWWWWW Mommy and me..we think yogurt is the stuff of all nightmares. EWWWWWWWW
ReplyDeleteYogurt is good for you Precious. XO
ReplyDeleteYogurt is yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have much yogurt around here Precious. That cartoon is too funny and too true.
ReplyDeleteHello there Lynn & Precious. π See that ginger cat in the bottom photo with 3 plates of food in front of it ... thats Miss Madam Pip!!! She thinks she lives in a revolving restaurant with different plates of food for her to sniff & walk away from - she does actually & its no ones fault except my own!!!! Wishing you both a wonderful weekend - lovely autumnal days here - am back from packing up Mums house (phew) xx
ReplyDeleteJulie, what a chore with the packing. Glad you have it behind you and hopefully the sale went thru fine. Lynn
DeleteIt's good to have that little treat; something special...
ReplyDeleteI have natural yoghurt flavoured with honey on my fruit for breakfast every morning, so Precious would get plenty here. A morning monster made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteOnce is a habit with pets and pesky brothers-in-law.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Feline Friday!
Lynn, you know that's how they are—if they like something, instant habit, must have it every day! Best not to start something! πΉ
ReplyDeleteOooh, what flavour yoghurt do you like best, Precious?
ReplyDeletePrecious! We have decided that we will no longer eat Fancy Feast and that we only want chicken, Friskies cat food (only 3 specific flavors but they come in 2 different boxes and we will NOT eat the other flavors). Right now there are about 6 different boxes of different brands of food in the cupboard that we will not eat at all! And our favorite crunchies are Cinnamon's. Mom is NOT impressed! We are not impressed that there are strange people in our house 2 afternoons a week learning how to paint pictures of their pets! Keep being awesome grrl furrend! Purrs Marvelous Marv
ReplyDeleteYogurt!!! That is too funny!!!!! You are right though that the cat rules for sure!!
ReplyDeleteIf its in my momma's bowl... I want it. I've had yogurt. Plain. I told her next time pick up salmon flavored. So far she's disappointed me.
ReplyDeleteLove both of those signs, and so true! I eat plain unsweetenend yogurt all the time, and have learned over the years to enjoy it in place of things like mayo & sour cream.
ReplyDeleteDearest Lynn,
ReplyDeleteWell, our kitties certainly make their food preferences known!
Our Speckie girl with her kidney problems is no longer getting anything with milk—just like myself for the same reason.
But we sure love our fur babies!
Precious is so beautiful—very expressive face.
Hugs,
Mariette
