"Ok peeples, go out and buy an interactive cat toy. Guaranteed to make any cat play."
"NOT"
"At furst I thought it had some kitty pawtential."
"But it was a bit much fur me."
"Lynn, I like watching you watching the rolling ball.
You seem fascinated by the color lights and the
rolling around like a drunk sailor. Me, I think
I'll just toddle off to bed now."
I recently put in an order to Chewy after Precious
had her treatment and was home. I thought she'd
like the rolling ball with the wagging rope and
the silly noise it makes. Well, I do enjoy it
in the dark mornings, what can I say.
The thyroid blood test showed Precious's T4 is down to 2.9.
Since she's sleeping now and won't read this,
she is to have another blood test in a couple weeks!
I guess to make sure all is stabile.
Thank you all for your words of encouragement.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

Goodness! What a weird looking thing....No wonder
ReplyDeleteyour not interested in it Precious...
But if it keeps Mum amused, then the purchase was
well worth while...HeHe! :).
And let's be quite fare and honest here, there's only
really, the one thing pussy~cats love...and enjoy....
And that's a box, a cardboard box, one they can enjoy
for a while, then tear to pieces when finished with....! :O).
Pleased to read Precious T4 is down, and ongoing in
the right direction...! Look forward to the next update..!x

I am glad Precious' T4 is down and hope the next blood test shows it is stable.
ReplyDeleteCats only like what they think they will light. The toy reminds me of the time we were in Vegas airport walking around the shops before our flight home. I saw a battery operated ball with a ferret attached to it and thought Flynn would love it, nope!
It rolled around the kitchen floor with the ferret chasing it, and Mighty Hunter Flynn was scared stiff of it. I disconnected the ball and put some nip on the ferret and it was then his favourite toy until the next one came along. The ball got thrown out in the trash!
I'm so happy Precious' results were terrific, and hope the next blood test will be too. ❤️
ReplyDeleteI laughed about that toy. Yeah, no, none of my angels would have been interested either. Well, maybe Nicki when he was young, but otherwise a fail. I suspect a lot of those toys were tested on kittens, if tested on any felines at all!
Your toy looks like fun to me, Precious. Do you want me to come over and we can play together? That's great news about your blood test. We hope the results are even better next time!
ReplyDeleteChase that crazy toy sweet Precious! Hooray for good blood test results!!!
ReplyDeleteYay for good blood report. We have that toy and had the same (lack of) reaction.
ReplyDeletePurring for your continued progress, Precious.
ReplyDeleteyay!!!
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Sometimes technology is cool and sometimes it is a bit too bleepy and bloopy and flashy-lighty, amirite?"
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "We are glad to hear the good report and send lots of purrs for it to continue!"
Precious OMCs you and Angel madi would have been two peas in a pod. She preferred things that were not toys. Like balls of paper. She did absolutely love her YEOWW sardines...they came in a tin like 'real sardines' and they must have been very aromatic.
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
I fear that you are the entertainment, Lynn. Cats just will not play ball, so to speak! ππ
ReplyDeleteMy cats will like things, then not; dislike things, then like them. You never know: Precious may like the rolling ball yet. More importantly, the blood test's results were good. Very nice to read!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work, Precious.
ReplyDeleteHmm, that is a strange-looking toy...
Purrs,
The Chans

ReplyDeleteOh you are funny dear sweet Precious - sitting there certainly NOT amused with the toy that Mum has probably bought for herself - not you!!! π It sure does light up if nothing else. I don't think I'll be investing in one of those anytime soon as the only one that would show any interest would be the Littlest One in the house.
ReplyDeleteI am pleased the blood results are better - no we won't tell Precious that she has to go in the carrier again - back to Dr Feelbad. At least its an improvement & you will feel relieved no doubt Lynn.
I hope the weather has improved & the snow has gone. We are having a most unusual January/Feb weatherwise & there are nasty bugs around at present - stomach ones, not winged ones ... my household came down like a ton of bricks with illness!! We are slowly getting well again now.
Happy Weekend to you both x0x
Glad Precious' numbers are better. We have a ball like that and some of my cats like it, but it gets stuck under furniture a lot and makes an annoying beeping noise. XO
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful news! I'm sorry she didn't appreciate your welcome home gift for her :(
ReplyDeleteOh Precious, Why do our peeps insist on buying us these silly toys when all we really need is an empty cardboard box?!? πΉ I’m so thankful your numbers have improved!!! Kat & I are taking you & Katie Isabella to a ski resort for Valentine’s Dst!
ReplyDeleteDay! Be sure to check it out next Friday! ❤️ Rocky
DeleteWe are so happy Precious is doing well!!
