The building was built in 1906 first as an insane ayslum,
then a hospital: a school; an orphanage. It is history
right in the wooden floor boards.

And..the home looks so empty when everything
is put away for next year...back to normal, as it
was...So...what's next...? Ah! Easter....though not
quite the same is it..? Chocolate...mmmmmM! :).
So, the old building was an Insane Asylum (HeHe!
Please note the spelling)...I should'nt worry to much
about it...it's just a 'mad' house..Bless! Mind you,
schools are far off being Mad Houses..! Bless! :O).

I like your tent bed, Precious - so secluded. It was nice to see the Christmas decorations - I really like the Snoopy one.

Lynn I never get tired of looking at christmas things - I've just taken a friend to a store this morning, away a distance from here, that has a christmas corner all year long. It was wonderful & I was very restrained & did not buy anything.

For some reason what appeals to me most are the stockings ascending with the stairs, and the wooden floorboards. I love wooden floors...
