"Lynn, lookie what Miss Ann and June sent to me!"
"They invited me to the August Zoo days and made
me an oil paintin'."
Yes, they certainly did Precious. You are Little Miss Muffet
sitting on her Tuffet in one corner.
And a very Rubenesque oil painting in the other.
"And just what are you meanin' about the Rubenesque
remark, Lynn?"
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.
Oh! Wow! Precious...The likeness is amazing...

That is a very pretty painting of you, Precious.
ReplyDeletePrecious, you are a lucky puss to have your own portrait. Not many of us aspire to that, and it is a lovely painting.
ReplyDeleteYou are a beautiful girl, Precious and so is your one of a kind painting!
ReplyDeleteHi Precious.....Happy Special Day at Zoolatry today - we love your beautiful portrait!

The Chans
Dearest Lynn and Precious,
ReplyDeleteWOW, that is a very nice royal portrait, you are such a beautiful regal kitty girl.
You made me smile for using the Dutch painter Peter Paul Rubens for labeling Precious Rubenesque...
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
Ann outdid herself with your art, Precious! The green backdrop brings out the green of your gorgeous eyes and compliments the rich grey of your furs. π»
ReplyDeleteWOW! Sweet Precious, look at you, you really are a masterpiece!!!
ReplyDeletePrecious what a stunningly beautiful image. It looks as if you could step off the easel into my lap. Your whiskers are glistening and your eyes WOW!
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia

ReplyDeleteWow, you really were done up well by Ann! She is so imaginative and loving in whatever she does. So, that's what a Tuffet is! Looks comfy. Your painting is charming. As far as I'm concerned, the more of you I get to see, the better. You are Precious indeed.
ReplyDeleteThis is purrfect for you! (BTW, Mudpie's pizza box is safe from my cleaning spree!)
ReplyDeleteThats an absolutely beautiful painting of you Precious & you do look very "regal". I think the only thing missing is perhaps a crown on your head. How wonderful- they have captured your expression so well. I hope you both have a lovely weekend - its raining here but not too cold. I just had to drive a long way to the city & out the other side to buy a new computer chair - one person in this house who weighs rather a lot has broken ours & no its not Miss Pip or Blackie for a change (& not me either).π xx
ReplyDeleteYour mom needs to get a big canvas version of that painting of you. XO
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous kitty who's precious in every way. Please tell your Mom to feel better. We're sending oodles of poodles of healing thoughts her way. π
ReplyDeleteWell, Rubinesque means...very artistic, Precious; very artistic...
ReplyDeleteOh yes...VERY artistic! Precious, you are a real life beauty!
DeleteWhat a great work of art Mss Ann made for you, Precious!
ReplyDeleteIn your previous post we saw that huge cat statue, we have one like that just a few miles north of us, it was the display art of a business that used to do all kinds of concrete work for people's yards. Since retired...sigh...before I could get anything for myself...but the big cat remains!
Miss Ann sure does some amazing work, Precious. This is absolutely fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThat is very sweet in deed! Just like you, Precious.
ReplyDeleteERin
Ms. Ann and June made some lovely art of you, Precious.
ReplyDeleteRubenesque? Mol, mol, mol.
You do look rather fine in your portraits. You are definitely wortthy of an oil painting dear lady cat.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and I love the cat quilt in your previous post.
ReplyDeletePrecious, you look so serene and majestic on your Tuffet, and the comment from John Bellen is SO spot on!!. Don't you worry. That painting of you should be hung in the living room for ALL to see. Your gray onesie is just gleaming!
ReplyDeleteYou make a lovely oil painting, very dignified.
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
