"Do y'all git tired of Lynn's caterwauling? She's come up with another one fur me."
"I like to play in Lynn's antique jewelry box. It'd be my
great-great hooman Grandpaw that made it. Lynn says
there's no jewels but lotsa keepsakes."
"I like to git things out and play on the floor. This time, Lynn
got out Angel Suzy Q's red collar and heart tag and put
it on me."
take it off and
put it away
fur another day
of play."
I have to say, Precious did not mind one bit that
I buckled the collar. She tried to reach with her teeth
for the heart but quickly decided going to bed would
be the better thing. I had to crawl quickly to catch
her and take it off.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

I must confess...I don't like seeing cats with
ReplyDeletecollars...l just don't.
I've taken many a collar off a cat over the years,
some usually with silly dangly things hanging
from them...even seen cats trying to remove
them their selves...!
And...The silly excuse with a bell round there
necks, so birds can hear them coming...is a
joke...HeHe! "Nuff Said"...! :(.
And...The 'Endangered Species Day' poster made
me chuckle...HeHe! :).
I thought....could that be me...! :O) I'll think about it..!

Lovely mementoes. The collar suits Precious.
ReplyDeleteI have a bag full of collars from past dogs - I'm waiting for inspiration.
Keepsakes are the best and red is definitely your color, Precious!
ReplyDeletePrecious, you rock the colour red!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend to you and Lynn, I hope it's not too hot for cycling or a few catio whiffies. ❤️
