It came with instructions?

"Honestly Lynn,  you could not leave the instructions attached?"

"I've nevfur evfur seen a scratcher bed before.  What's it fur?
Too hard to sleep on and I use my sisal rope scratchy post
fur keepin' my claws on the ready."

"I smell silvervine deep down where I
can not git to
to eat it or rub it."

Precious, my mistake.  I didn't think you needed
to see the label to figure this out.  But I see it was
really a waste of money.  You only were interested
for as long as this short video.

"duh, that's all folks"

(full disclosure: this bed found a better home)

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.
It is much appreciated.

  1. What a weird looking thing....Summat of nothing
really....as you say Precious, bit small and hard
    to sleep in...
And I expect it had 'one' line of instructions.....
    "This way up"...! HeHe! :O)

At least it's found a better home then...The waste
    bin....? HeHe! Bless!x

  2. Maybe it would be better with silvervine or nip sprinkled on top. It doesn't look like the most comfortable bed, and I know you like your comfort. at least it has been rehomed, so not all lost.

  3. At least you got to try it out and know that it wasn't for you, Precious, and we are glad that it found a new home.

  4. I enjoyed that video, Precious! I used to have all sorts of types of scratchers around, including the beds. Some they'd use, some not....Who can figure out the workings of a kitty's mind? πŸ˜πŸ™ƒπŸ’•

  5. It was worth a try, Precious. Like most cats, you know your own mind.

  7. Precious please tell Lynn I'm sorry but I'm laughing...OMCs OMCs Angel Madi liked what she liked and she knew what her heart wanted and most times it was not what I thought she should have.

  8. Charlee: "Nobody includes instructions anymore ― now you have to go look them up online! Which can be difficult when Mama and Dada aren't around to help you type ..."

  9. A scratcher BED? No wonder. If it had looked like a door frame, an antique brocade armchair, or that one book in a stack / on a shelf where the cricket once hid...

  10. I don't usually bother with instructions - often to my detriment. I was going to write that Precious might come around to enjoying it in the future, but if it's found another home, that's all right, too.

  11. Oh Precious, our mom buys so many toys, beds, etc without consulting with us first. All we really want is TREATS, TREATS, & more TREATS! 😹😹😹 Kit, Kat, Rocky & Cali

  12. Well I must say dear Precious - that does NOT look especially comfortable. Not for sleeping in surely?? I have never heard of a scratching bed before. I think I much prefer a pole myself - as far as looking nice that is, not that I am planning on using it for scratching myself πŸ˜‰ I loved the little video that Mum put up - you do remind me of Miss Pip ... try something out ... Oh yes, well very nice but I'll move on now thanks!! Bless you dear Precious.
It's pouring with rain here today which will save me watering the garden tonight & hopefully the fireworks spectacular up the road, will be cancelled tonight as the furry three will not be quite so traumatised by the noise of it. I am hoping that is. Happy Weekend to you both x0x0x

  17. I see those scratcher beds in the stores so often but don't think Mudpie would find them very comfy either.

  21. Why on earth would anyone BUY a scratcher bed, or any other scratcher furniture when there are plenty of chairs, sofas, carpets, etc. around the house???

  22. Give your Mom credit for at least trying...MOL!!! At least it has found some kitties that like it!

  23. I just use mine as a scratcher. I sleep in all my beddies including Mom's.
