It doesn't seem a year since you last had Monarchs to look after. It's so good that you do it, though
ReplyDeleteGosh, how quickly the time has flown, no pun intended. Precious, I'm pretty sure you'll still get lots of brushies and attention....when you want it. Plus Lynn is helping an important species at risk. π
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday! Our heat wave has broken and it feels SO good to have cool air, at least for a bit! I hope you're getting a break from the heat and humidity too!
Those are nice little critters sweet Precious but napping probably is a good option!
ReplyDeleteOMCs Precious you know I am a huge fan of YOU and all YOU do
ReplyDeletebut today I will have to side with Lynn what a wonderful thing she is doing for Nature. Cat Monarch are beautimous.
Thank you Lynn for you TLC
Thank you Precious for sharing...cause sharing is caring.
Hugs x 100
Cecilia
Oddly, I find those bugs fascinating -- as long as they're not in my house! You should keep those closeups of the daring darlings and make an artwork of them. I also found the closeups of you very entertaining, Precious. Keep up the good work and thanks for visiting Dani.

ReplyDeleteIt seems no time since your mom was last looking after them.
ReplyDeleteOff course you are far more beautiful than them, but they will be beautiful in time.
I just saw a caterpillar walking along the wall the other night. Not sure what kind of butterfly it will be though. it was a light green color. Very nice pictures.
ReplyDeletePrecious, don't you worry. Lynn will still make sure that YOU get every brushie and leg time you want
ReplyDeleteOh I am sure you will not miss out on any lap time & brushies dear Precious. I remember each summer when Lynn brings the monarch caterpillars indoors. I must remember to do this next summer if my shrub survives the winter. The paper wasps get my eggs & caterpillars & are a real pest here now. You always seem to have good success with yours Lynn.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend - it was zero degrees this morning here. Pippi got into bed, under the blankets, it was so cold. Blackie of course - well he has more "layers & coverings" than the others do!!! x0x
We have plenty of milkweed plants, but haven't seen any caterpillars...yet.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't she know you need all her attention???
ReplyDeleteMake sure you don't eat any milkweed- it is poisonous. XO
ReplyDeleteHooray for the butterflies-to-be! Thank you for linking your beautiful self and these cool cat-erpillars up with Feline Friday.
