"I had already come in fur a warm up. And a bit more breakfast.

"I had had 2 brushies already too."
"When Lynn called out da magic words "Bunnies"

"Not one bun, but two buns! They musta heard
Lynn and maybe smelt me, 'cause they froze fur
a while. Finally I got bored, the air was cold
and da bunnies hopped outa sight."
(this was in early June when it was cold)
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and a comment.

Those were cute bunnies. They could have come over for a chat with you, Precious. The Astilbe are lovely. I used to have them in my garden borders. Ivor dug out one border and built a raised bed for me so I could still doing gardening without bending over. Enjoy all those brushies.
ReplyDeleteOoh, bunnies! I'm like a 5-year old when I see one...let alone two! They're so adorable!
ReplyDeleteI can see how watching them would work up an appetite, Precious!
I think I had astilbe in my little garden too, or something very similar, but that's one of the perennials I got rid of in May, as it was taking over that side of the garden. Anyway, yours is lovely!
It's good that the bunnies came by to entertain you. You are so lucky to have your lovely catio and go outside to watch the world.
ReplyDeleteThat was some double bun fun sweet Precious! Too bad it was too cool and wet to enjoy the view!
ReplyDeleteWe have a nest right outside the kitchen window. Mama and daddy bird were both at the nest yesterday and my husband’s cat Mitchell was making all kind of “ekekekek” noises.
ReplyDeletePrecious, wish you'd help us out if you'd convince Henry that getting brushies is NICE...thanks.
ReplyDeletePrecious mol mol mol frozen bunnies they are so silly if only they knew in your mind you are chasing them. I adore you catico
ReplyDeleteand OMCs those lovely Astilbe evidently a delicacy to deer.
Bunnies are loving my Liriope
Hugs and Happy Friday

Oona: "Oona has got at least three bunnies that hang out in the front yard and taunt her with their cottontails and twitchy ears. Dada won't let her go out and have words with them, so she just sits and stares ..."
ReplyDeleteWe wonder if your bunnies are hopping off to join a blog hop, it might become a thing for them!
ReplyDeleteThe pink flowers in that last picture are so pretty! Bunnies! I love bunnies. We found one years ago and we were going to keep him because he was so friendly but my daughter and I found out we're allergic. So we found him a good home with a family who had 2 other bunnies.
ReplyDeleteBunnies are something I have yet to see. Mom told me there used to be quite a few. Now it seems like there aren't any. That's sad. Mom loves them.

ReplyDeleteYour Bunnies are so cute! We don't have bunnies around here. There used to be prarie Jack Rabbits, but the coyotes ate them all. Our furrends up the street have 2 (domestic) bunnies that live with their chickens in the coop and the fenced chicken yard. Sometimes I go up and visit but their dog Margaret (who is Nutmeg's sisfur) barks at me. Your Gal Pal, Jo Jo
ReplyDeleteAll that bunnie watching can make a girl hungry & thirsty dear Precious. You always look so cute sitting out in your Catio. Watching out for any movement out there. I used to think Bunnies were cute but then after the neighbor took out a huge hedge & all the bunnies relocated to my property I didn't think they were cute any more & just thought they were a pesky pest! Blackie used to catch them but he is wayyyy too old (& large) for that carry on anymore.
ReplyDeleteWishing you & Mum some warmer temps dear Precious - it is foggy here today, I have had a big rubbish heap burning for 2 days & I can see the smoke thru the fog ... it is kind of spooky. x0x
Such adorable little visitors!
ReplyDeleteBunnies and deer are beautiful if they aren't eating our flowers.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got to watch them a while and thank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
I've seen rabbits on people's lawns here, though usually very early in the morning. It's always enjoyable to view them.
ReplyDeleteLive bunny tv is fun to watch. Brody wishes he could snuggle up to you on a chilly morning. XO
ReplyDeleteLucky you! We don't get bunnies in our garden! Our #1 also works from home so we assist her each and every day!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
One bunny two bunnies, three bunnies four, breakfast and brushies, who could ask for more!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful are those astilbes! Even better that you and your staff work at home together. I do with Mrs H for most of the week, and it is so nice, especially if it is sunny and not too warm, or cold and wet
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely and well groomed week, and who knows, them buns may come back for a chat!
ERin
Great blog
ReplyDeleteYou had bunnies out there in your very own yard? SWEET. I've had deer and rockies and birdies galore but never, ever, ever have I seen a cute little bunny out there. MOUSES!
ReplyDeleteOnce in a while we see bunnies here, too...but they had best NOT come into our yard...cause we DO live up to our terrier natures.
ReplyDeleteThe deer around your area sure are hungry , wow they eat just about everything!
